From: $871.97

(3 customer reviews)

Same as our Basic System B but substitutes our 11 Leaf Progressive Rate leaf packs for the Large Add-a-leafs for improved ride and travel.

Includes:

  • 3.5″ Progressive Rate Coils, Blue or Black, Made in the USA
  • 7° C-Bushings
  • New Strut Arm Bushings
  • New Trac Bar Bushings
  • New Spring Eye & Shackle Bushings
  • Trac Bar Drop Bracket
  • 11 Leaf Progressive Rate leaf packs, Medium or Heavy Duty, Made in the USA
  • U-Bolts
  • 4 70/30 Auto-Adjust Shocks or 4 MS2020 Shocks.

Our systems are designed so all of the components work together to improve ride and handling under varying conditions. Our suspensions keep in mind the daily driver and full-time four-wheeler, someone who wants to ride comfortably and safely both on the street and on the trail.

Designs are based on a Bronco Hardtop with a 302 engine. Less weight (from a 6 cyl or no top) or more weight (from engine swaps, winches, heavy bumpers, etc.) will affect the amount of lift.

Note: If you have a ‘66 with the stock rear stud mount shocks, we recommend upgrading to either a #5500, #5215 or #5214 for maximum travel and performance.

Q: How do I know if I need heavy or medium-duty leaf springs?
A: Check out our FAQ page to learn more about which leaf springs are right for you.

Q: Will I need sway bars?
A: You will notice your Bronco’s body roll increase in the turns. This is normal anytime you increase the suspension ride height. It is not unsafe at low speeds however if you want more turning control while driving and at speed, we do recommend you start with a front sway bar.

Q: Do I need frame to axle extended brake lines with this kit? Part# 3931
A:
If you have not already upgraded your brakelines this would be a good time to consider doing so.

Q: Do I need E brake cables? Part# 3756
A:
No but again, if your original ones are needing to be replaced anyways or you plan to use the Bronco offroad we recommend you replace them with new extended ones

Q: Do I need new driveshafts?
A:
We always tell our customers that every Bronco is different. Some need them, others do not. If you feel your driveshafts may be too short or need to be replaced contact us. Looking to buy? Our front driveshaft is here, and our rear driveshaft is here.

Q: Should I replace my steering while I am installing my new lift system?
A: It is strongly recommended. Check out our heim steer systems or our wildly popular bumpsteer eliminator kit.

Q: Do I need pinion shims with this lift?
A:
Not likely but here is a link to our pinion shims in case you do.

Q: Do I need to move my rear axle back when I lift my Bronco?
A: Bronco’s with rear cut fenders don’t typically need this but if you are uncut you might. Check out our spring perches here that allow you to move your axle back as well as give you an option to lift it up another inch if needed.

I have driven an Early Bronco for 25 years and I have ordered products from all the EB parts shops. I appreciate the expert advice and great products you guys offer and build. I love my 3 1/2″ lift I bought from you and I was impressed with the thought and care you put into including the little parts and pieces that could bring a project to a halt. Keep up the good work.

Without doing too much research it became obvious that DuffTuff offer the best suspensions in the game for broncos. Once your lift kit arrives it’s not hard to see why. Everything is top quality, the blue coil springs look like a million bucks, the rear leaf springs are skookum as all hell. This is my first early bronco to ever work on. Years ago I had a jeep and I went the cheap route on suspension and learned my lesson… buy once, buy Duff, you’ll never regret it.
