We recommend replacing these when installing a lift because the rubber ones are probably worn out. Also, cost is minimal and access is easy at the time. These blue polyurethane bushings are designed to work with Ford's original outer sleeves in place. You can drill, cut or burn the old ones out. Not for trucks with oval bushings.
