Improper pinion angle can lead to driveline vibration and premature u-joint & cv-joint failure. Not all 3 1/2” lifts will require a pinion adjustment but going up to 5 1/2” will result in a driveline angle that will need corrected. These 2 1/2" wide steel shims bolt on to the bottom of your leaf packs with longer center pins included.  To determine the proper amount we recommend taking measurements before and after installing your suspension lift.  The optimum angle is 2°. So WE designed these heavy duty replacements to securely hold your coils in place.This allows full flex (of even the last wrap!) without fear of your coil popping loose! Our simple but effective one piece design replaces both of the OE pieces. It sits flat on top of the radius arm or our 4Link truss, also reducing coil bowing. Combine with our axle wedges for axle conversions. Stitch welded for drainage, zinc plated for rust resistance. Fits EB & 78-79 (5 1/2” diameter) Coil springs.

Doing a four link or something custom? Our exclusive heavy duty 1/4” plate coil spring towers from our 4 link kit are sold separately for those doing a custom suspension. Will work with Early Bronco or Big Bronco coil springs. These are the "rear design" which are 4” shorter and silver zinc plated to match our four link shock cross member. Welding required, installation on C-channel frames will require drilling and bolting with countersunk bolts. Come as a pair. Zinc plated upper coil retainer tabs are included and also available separately.

Simple in design and function, attach above the springs so they don 't catch on trail obstacles. Will not fit with overloads. Comes with blue polyurethane bushings. Tig welded traction bars, all parts come black coated.

Traction Bars hold the axle in place during acceleration and stopping. This improves traction and directional stability. Especially on raised vehicles. Overall,they help eliminate shackle and driveshaft problems during sudden stops, hill climbing and rough trails. They also reduce the chance of broken springs due to rough terrain with heavy loads. Excellent for Broncos used in the sand dunes or for heavy mud bogging. They help to control wheel hop and axle wrap (the Bronco “clunk ”). When used with our double shocks and high strength U-bolts they will reduce broken u-joints.

Axle Wrap: The rear axle rotating in the U-bolts. Repeated axle rotation causes wear on the driveshaft, U-Bolts and axle housing.

Bronco “clunk”: Caused by the driveshaft snapping from extended to shortened position on acceleration due to the axle’s rotation.

Universal dual shock mount with 15" reach puts the shocks out farther than other designs so they will line up with full width axles for use with Solid Axle Swaps for Full Size Broncos. Can also be used on many other applications. Bolt on design for spring steel frames by bolting on with 1/2" bolts included. Come as a pair, black powder coated with hardware. Will not work on Early Bronco due to the offset.
