Before Purchasing:

You will be contacted within 2-3 business days after purchase to pay for shipping and make arrangements. Smoothy bumpers come with the knockouts left intact and it is your responsibility to weld or body fill them smooth if that is your preference. All Bumpers are shipped bare and unboxed via ground. You should not paint or powder coat bumpers until all components have been test fit to the vehicle.

Bumpers typically take 2 weeks to ship but until further notice, some bumpers are taking 4-6 weeks. Bumpers release to ship as soon as they are available so if you do not want them to ship early it is up to you to communicate that when you make your purchase.

We offer DIY options for you to weld on the Hoop and side kickers. This means you will be responsible for welding the hoop and side kickers on yourself after you've received the bumper.

Please understand that the matching rear bumper is #4936 or #4937 and if you choose to order a different rear bumper and don’t like it, it is your responsibility to return and exchange it.

This bumper is not compatible with Warn 8274 style winches.

Our plate steel winch bumper is designed for up to a 9500-pound winch. Designed to maximize your approach angle yet with the lowest possible winch mount height for maximum airflow to the radiator. Constructed of a combination of 3/16" and 1/4" plate for maximum strength without too much weight. 1/4" plate wrap-around protection for lower fenders was recently revised to be more angled and include "JD" laser-etched detail. Laser-cut openings for jacking points and attachment points for shackles or tow bar. The same model fits with or without a body lift.

Now also available with an optional center hoop and you can also add kicker bars. The center hoop has two light tabs spaced for a pair of round lights or up to a 13" light bar. Please note that having us weld on the hoop adds to the cost of freight, depending on where you are located. As an alternative, we offer the DIY options, this will also allow anyone with one of our bumpers already to retrofit it.
