Start off your exhaust system right with our tuned headers! The long-runner design produces more torque than stock manifolds or shorty headers. They do not include an oxygen sensor port, but a reducer cone with sensor port can be easily fitted. The two piece sleeved design allows for easy installation or removal without removing the starter. 1 1/2" 16 gauge tubes with heavy 1/4" flanges help prevent warping and gasket failure. Includes hardware and 2 1/2" collectors. These feature a complete inside and out metallic ceramic coating that resists temperatures up to 1600° F, is incredibly rust, chip and abrasion resistant, lowers under hood temperature and has an aluminum look that does not blue.
Notes: 2WD requires steering shaft modification. Will not work with a 351W, due to steering shaft interference. Will not work with an AOD or C6 due to the larger bellhousing. Will not work with GT-40P heads due to the angle of the spark plugs. In these cases, stock manifolds or shorty headers must be made to fit.
*The regulation of emissions production, noise levels, and safety standards is undertaken by the federal government, each of the fifty state legislatures and by many local municipalities, towns and counties. California Vehicle Code Sections 27156 and 38391 prohibit the advertising, offering for sale, or installation of any device which modifies a vehicle’s emission control system unless exempted. James Duff headers have not received an exemption from these code sections and are not legal for sale or use in California on vehicles originally equipped with catalytic converters. It is illegal, except for vehicles only driven off-road, to remove or otherwise render inoperative any emission control device on regulated motor vehicles. In the other 49 states, it- is the responsibility of the ultimate consumer to check federal and local laws to determine if JDI products are legal for use on their vehicle.
