When it comes to strength and performance, we have you covered. The knuckles are stronger than factory, don't kick in against the wheel like the '76-77 knuckles and the tie rod ends come pre-drilled for heim steer. For those wanting to run OEM steering we include adapter bushings.

•Weld on frame brackets for the links can be welded where you want them, allowing you to stretch your wheelbase up to 2" without rear cross member modification.
•Lower links are made with the same huge 2" OD .313” wall DOM tube as our Radius Arms. Blue powder coated and finished off with left and right hand threaded 1" rod ends for easy adjustment.
•Upper links are blue powder coated 1 1/2" OD .120 wall DOM with left and right hand threaded 3/4" Rod ends for adjustment for varying lift heights.
•Blue power coated Coil Springs give approximately 5 1/2” of lift (depending on vehicle with the addition of the included lower retainer blocks). Our zinc plated weld on Coil Buckets can be also installed to achieve different ride heights.

Want to run a wide tire but don’t want them to rub on your stock radius arms?

Our new T-Rex radius arms are a stock length version of our heavy duty arms with a built in offset for additional tire clearance but unlike the extended arms, these are a direct bolt in to your existing frame brackets. They use stock style polyurethane bushings, no welding of new brackets is necessary. Yes, 100% bolt on! Why would we do such a thing? Many Bronco owners want an arm that can clear a larger tire when turning without having to grind, drill or weld on their frame. Work for stock up to 3.5” of lift with 4.25° of caster built in. Shock mounting is different than our extended arms, these utilize a single shock mount located on top of the arm for a tighter turning radius arm, similar to a stock arm. Come in Blue, Silver Vein and Bare (as production permits.) Includes all new hardware.

A new version of our popular plate bumper, but with a hidden winch mount for those who prefer a clean look but still want a winch. We utilize the space behind the bumper to fit the winch* between the frame horns. Yes, this exposes the winch drum a bit, but it also allows us to keep our bumper high and tight so it doesn't overpower the classic look of the Bronco front end. All winch mounting points are hidden. This means no unsightly bolts on the top side of the bumper for a completely smooth, finished look. The mounts also face forward. This means, no matter how hard you're winching, you can't tweak or destroy the bumper. This mounting keeps the clutch lever facing towards the rear instead of down where it could easily get damaged if hit.

Fabricated of 3/16" plate steel with 1/4" frame mounts, gussets, and end plates (with etched JD logo). We put strength where it is needed, but avoid too much weight. Options include shackle mounts (also can be used for tow bar mounts), jacking points and a center hoop**. Note that all exterior welds are ground on these for an extra clean look.
This design will NOT fit on a Bronco without a body lift. You must have a minimum of 1" body lift to mount this bumper with a winch installed. Fits 1-2" body lift without modification. Shown on Hobby Horse with 3/4" body lift. We have found that synthetic rope is more user friendly with this bumper but cable can still be used. The biggest thing you have to be mindful of is not letting it bunch up in one area when spooling back in.

*Please call or email to verify if your model of winch is compatible. We have fit checked several winches for fitment: Warn XD9000, Warn VR8000 &10000, Warn M8000 and the Badlands 12K. These are all non-integrated style winches (with the controllers movable). If you're curious if your winch will work you can go to warn.com and look for a schematic drawing that gives all the dimensions of the ones we have checked and compare yours to those dimensions. We know for a fact that the Warn 8274 and ALL Integrated style winches will NOT fit.

-All exterior welds are ground smooth. This is no easy feat. Base material is much softer than a mig weld. If you're not careful, a grinding or flap disc will dig into the base material before the mig weld and cause dips and weak spots in the bumper. We spend the time to smooth out the welds without weakening the bumper.

Standard Feature of All of our Bumpers:
- Our frame mounts utilizes three holes on the frame horn. Two simply aren't enough for heavy winching.
- Reinforced jacking points.

-The base model can have shackle mounts and a hoop added for a small fee or you can buy the accessories and weld them on yourself.

-All of our bumpers are laser cut, bent and assembled right here in Tennessee! We try to keep most styles in stock, many times you can have the bumper shipped the very next day.

These doors are the result of too many long hot trail rides! They are perfect for those who want the cooling comfort and trail visibility of going doorless, but want a more secure feeling. We've been selling these for over 10 years. but we've recently created this version that utilize the readily available polished stainless removable hinges and a cam latch that secures to your stock striker— so you can switch back and forth with your hard doors easily!

Suzanne specifically requested the perfect armrest height, corner plate and close lower bar to keep your valuables from sliding out while on the trail. Made of .120 wall tubing for strength without being too heavy. A machined steel hinge pin is built into the door that slides into a brass oilite bushing on the hinge. Come bare so you can paint to match your rig. We have clamp on mirrors and slide on metal covers available to go with these. Use of Removable Door Hinges #4245 is necessary for installation.

We've offered our beefed up version of removable hinges now for years but have had quite a few requests for the stainless hinges. Removable hinges are perfect for those of you who love to go door-less during the summer or while wheeling, they make it easy to simply remove your doors if they are in danger.

Our new traction bar has a “V” frame designed center link for strength and utilizes a specially designed shackle to eliminate axle wrap. The bar runs between the mufflers, paralleling the drive line; protecting it. It also maintains proper u-joint and CV angles under power. The main bar attaches to a high clearance cross-member and shackle. The cross-member mounts up between the frame rails for maximum clearance and helps protect your CV joint and output shaft from trail obstacles.

Welding brackets to the housing is required.

Our new rock sliders for 1980-96 Fullsize are modular in design— start with the sliders, add the steps later or just for your passenger. Rock slider main tube features 2”x.125 wall. Steps plates feature dimple died holes for drainage and traction. Simply pull the pins, swivel them up above the frame and re-pin up above the frame rail for ground clearance while wheeling.

Bolt on installation to the frame rails and body with included hardware. Come bare. Will not currently work with body lifted or vehicles with Twin Traction Beam Long Arm setups due to conflict with frame mounts. Works with JD SAS long arms and stock.

Replace your weak or rock rashed stock steering with one of our tough new steering systems. We use 1.25” DOM with a .2815” wall thickness threaded (no weld in insert) for maximum strength and clearance. We attach the drag link to the tie rod via a saddle to maintain factory geometry and to eliminate the use of long spacers and additional torque on the passenger side knuckle. We use misalignment spacers around the high quality Teflon lined 3/4” rod ends and GR8 bolts to prevent binding and allow full articulation of the joint. Requires drilling out your knuckles and pitman arm to 3/4” (except with our new knuckles that are machined 3/4”). Can be installed over or under the knuckle with included hardware. We include all metal lock nuts and cotter pins to drill and secure everything in place. Comes black powder coated with detailed instructions.

We carry two basic setups: Setup A: Measures 48” (knuckle to knuckle) Fits 66-75 drum knuckles, or disc conversions using Duff, Chevy or the 79 F150/Bronco knuckle Setup B: Measures 51” (knuckle to knuckle) Fits 76-77 Ford Disc knuckles To get you the correct one we need two measurements on your vehicle; from center to center of your knuckles where the tie rod goes through and from the center of the pitman arm to the center of the PASSENGER side knuckle. These kits are based on a stock location steering box. We want both of these measurements because they will vary depending on lift height, steering box and the front end/knuckle setup you have. Also note that there is a significant amount of adjustment with 2 joints on each linkage. Call for information and pricing on custom setups.

Check your local regulations before ordering as some states will not pass inspection with heim joints in the steering system. Please note that these systems are not compatible with a shock mounted to the front of the C-Cap. Shocks must be behind the coil. Steering stabilizer setups will need modification to be reinstalled. Please note that UPS recently started accessing a $10.50 added handling fee to packages over 48" will be added to the calculated total.

Back by popular demand! We haven't had the 1/8" version of our rockers with steps for quite a few years but people kept asking, so we've brought them back!

Same two-piece design as our standard 1/8" rocker guards but with a 39” x 1 1/2” x 3/16” wall tubing protector that is great for keeping rocks and trees away from the door and flares and can be utilized as a step.

Our design sandwiches the lower rocker panel lip between the 1/8” outer plate and a 3/16” rear backing plate (with nuts already attached) for extra protection. Guard is 48” long to cover from flare to flare and is easily trimmed for varying wheel well openings. Offers great protection for the sheet metal or to cover up the existing damage. Mounts with included 3/8” Stainless Steel fasteners for rust-free good looks. Come bare so they can be customized to match your rig. Note: If used for a step, we recommend application of non-skid tape.

Due to length, these are charged a $10.50 added handling fee by UPS. These are shipped in two boxes.

Unsatisfied with the black plastic style LED headlights on the market, we wanted a modern light but with a clean look fitting of our classics. We set out to find something that fit the bill. The version we ended up with had the neat addition of a barely visible halo but we found there were more than a few of you out there with just no interest in such flashy things, so went back and added these for you. The lighting benefits of a modern light but with the timeless good looks of a classic—there is actually a H13 or LED hiding in there! Domed composite housings with mirrored lenses for better light transfer and install using your stock buckets and rings.

Come stock with H13 Halogen bulbs but can be upgraded to LEDs which give you an amazing 2500 raw Lumens on low beam, 3000 lumens on high beam each bulb compared to 800 lumens on a standard low beam halogen.

These great LED bulbs require no cooling fans to dissipate the heat, just cooling ribbons, no moving parts to wear out unlike other brands.

Simple plug & play wiring can be done in a few hours with our optional relay harness (necessary for H4/H13 bulbs, due to 5A draw).

We've changed up our interior door panels and made them into something more customizable. The main component of the system is this two sided set of panels. They are made of a tough aluminum composite material that features a brushed aluminum/stainless look on one side and a simple medium silver/gray on the other. This material is much more durable and scratch resistant than our previous aluminum panels while being less than half the weight of our previous aluminum panels. Another benefit is that either side is paintable to match any interior and reversible in case you ever want to change up the looks of your rig. The panels can be run alone or add the black wrinkle finish trim rings. They are available in single or split design. The split design allows you to do a two tone look either by painting or covering part of the solid panel with fabric.  Include hardware for mounting.
