Prevent spring wrap-up and wheel hop giving you added traction for hill climbing and rough terrain. They help eliminate shackle and driveshaft damage that can occur during sudden stops and reduce the chance of broken springs due to rough terrain or heavy loads. Come black painted. 98 and up Ranger kit now includes both sets of housing brackets so you will have the correct bracket for either housing size.

The basic first generation prerunner bumper is virtually unchanged from our previous design as it is still made from 2” and 1.5” diameter .120 (1/8”) wall steel tubing with dual light tabs on the front center hoop, tabs to mount license plate and reinforcements to strengthen the stock frame. The sides of the bumper now feature a larger end cap on the tubes. All bumpers come bare.

Our plate steel winch bumper is designed for up to a 9500 pound winch. Designed to maximize your approach angle yet with the lowest possible winch mount height for maximum air flow to the radiator. Constructed of a combination of 3/16” and 1/4” plate for maximum strength without too much weight. 1/4” plate wrap around protection for lower fenders. Laser cut openings for jacking points and attachment points for shackles or tow bar. Same model fits with or without body lift.
