Installation Notes: These filler panels may have small imperfections that require a light skim coat of filler or minor bodywork. They ship bare and will need to be paint matched to your Bronco.

Our filler panels come standard with:
- 18 gauge CNC laser cut and bent
- Pre-cut mounting holes and hardware included
- The front is offered for 1,2 & 3″ body lift
- No cutting required for 1 & 2-inch panels
- 3″ panel may require some trimming
- The rear is offered in 1, 2, & 3″
- The rear panel works with the stock heavy-duty tire carrier bumper assembly #4965

These 18 gauge filler panels fill the space with a clean edge giving a finished look. The front filler panel comes in three different versions to fit 1, 2, or 3″ body lifts. The rear pan features a cut-out for license plate wiring and comes in two versions for 1, 2 & 3-inch body lifts. Rear mounts through factory bolt holes in the frame. The front mounts to the grill (drilling holes into the bottom of your grill is required). Hardware included for both front and rear panels.
Note: Due to variances in body lift manufacturers, please check the minimum clearance for REAR pans. The measurement from the top of frame horn to bottom of tailgate necessary: for 1″ body lift, 1 7/8″, for 2″ -2 7/8″, for 3″ – 3 7/8″.

Great Product, and easy to install. These closed the gaps nicely on my Bronco after installing a 3” Bodylift. Way better than the diamond plates that were jammed in there by the previous owner. For the price, these are way nicer than trying to fab your own.

These are slick. The rear gap has always bothered me and added a 1 inch body lift just for these gap fillers. I have the duck tire carrier that utilizes the stock bumper and had to modify the right side mounting hole to be slotted to slide under the washer and 7/16 bolt that secures the carrier in place. 2 or 3 inch lift panel probably wouldn’t have to do that. Plenty of room to turn an open end wrench inside the rear panel (from underneath) to tighten the bolt. The front was mounted with slide on 3/4 inch nut clips so I just turned the bolt from underneath to tighten. When done-Get the lawn chair and a beer cause the back looks really awesome….take it in! Lol

These are the same panels you have seen on the Duck but with a few more refinements. They are an easy and simple solution to get the clean lines we all admire. The rear panel installs with 2 bolts, the front can be bolted on (with some drilling to your existing grill shell) to add to your already painted truck or it can be welded in for an even cleaner look.
