Quik Latch hood fasteners mount to the hood (you can use your existing pin holes), and line up with studs placed on the core support or other bracket. Once the hood is closed, Quik Latch automatically latch to the studs and will not release until the center button on the top of the mechanism is depressed. These feature a locking option so that you can keep the valuable parts underneath your hood secure. Push button release when unlocked. Once the lock is engaged, the button is locked into place and cannot be depressed to release the latch.
