We are now offering these high quality components from our suspensions individually. These high quality Rod Ends feature a tough, self-lubricating, self-sealing Teflon/Kevlar liner and increased cross-sectional thickness for greater tensile strength. Jam nuts (PN 8722) and weld-in adapters (PN 8712) are sold separately. These are the same high quality parts we use for items like our Extended Travel Radius Arms (PN 5350 and 5351), heim steering systems (PN 5640), torque tamers (PN 532X) and 4-links (PN 536X), although sizes may vary depending upon the application.

Same great design and quality construction as our other shocks, with added features for long travel and high articulation suspensions. The first of these features is length. Our 8120 is 35.5 extended and 20.5 collapsed. With 15 of vertical travel, this is the longest shock available in this style.

It would take going to an expensive racing shock system to get this kind of travel. They also include a larger narrower eye loop, utilizing an extremely flexible rubber bushing with thick shoulders. The result is a bushing that will twist as much as possible in all directions, but still maintain its anti-vibration characteristics and durability. This eye design has twice the articulation of the standard eye design with an hourglass bushing.

Shock mount flexibility is important because without it the shock will bind, limiting suspension travel. These shocks not only work great crawling over trails at 6 hours per mile, but also at 60 miles per hour over freeways, washboards and sand dunes. Does not include a boot, as we don't have one long enough! Note: If you have a '66 with the stock rear stud mount shocks, we recommend upgrading to either a #5500, #5215 or #5214 for maximum travel and performance.

Installing our Long Arms on a Dana 60 or larger diameter housing and don't want to grind down wedges? These machined steel blocks fill up the gap created by the larger diameter axle tube. Includes eight longer Grade 8 bolts.

These spacers only work on axle tubes that are between 3 1/8" and 3 1/4" in diameter.

Not recommended for high pinion Dana 44 or Superduty Dana 60 '05-'08 axles.

Improper pinion angle can lead to driveline vibration and premature u-joint & cv-joint failure. Not all 3 1/2 lifts will require a pinion adjustment but going up to 5 1/2 will result in a driveline angle that will need corrected. These 2 1/2" wide steel shims bolt on to the bottom of your leaf packs with longer center pins included. To determine the proper amount we recommend taking measurements before and after installing your suspension lift. The optimum angle is 2. For more measuring info, please call.

Had a coil pop out under maximum flex? We did! So WE designed the heavy duty replacements to securely hold your coils in place.This allows full flex (of even the last wrap!) without fear of your coil popping loose! Our simple, but effective, one piece design replaces both of the OE pieces. It sits flat on top of the radius arm or our 4-Link truss, also reducing coil bowing. Combine with our axle wedges for axle conversions. Stitch welded and laser cut for drainage. Zinc plated for rust resistance. Fits EB & 78-79 (5 1/2 diameter) Coil springs. Our passenger side retainer has been offset for full coil engagement, we've marked on the retainer plate so you know exactly where they belong when installed. These will insure a long lasting product with optimal coil engagement compared at full droop to others on the market.

These will work for our t-rex arms, extended radius arms, or the stock radius arm.
