Then check out our proven Long Travel Extended Radius Arm. Designed for rugged off-road use while enhancing drivability. Fabricated out of 2" diameter, heavy wall DOM at a whopping 5/16" thick! For strength and safety we designed a separate cast steel head unit to mount to the C-wedges on the axle with your original C-cap or our new ones sold separately. These arms are 10 3/4” longer than a '66-'79 Bronco arm, moving the pivot point farther back. This vastly improves suspension travel & articulation but it doesn't stop there. These arms also improve handling & control for on road driving.

Fabricated from all new materials; no core charges, no cutting or welding to 40-50 year old cast arms. Built in caster means better alignment and handling. A tight to the frame rear mount holds the arm with a high quality 1” bore Teflon lined and lubricated Rod End, keeping it closer to the frame for improved ground clearance and breakover angle. Tons of travel, a tighter turning radius, better ground clearance and improved handling all in one product! Includes arms, head units, rod ends, frame mounts, bushings and all necessary mounting hardware. Bolt on installation, but some welding recommended. Requires at least a 3” suspension lift. C-bushings are sold separately due to vehicle variations and lift height.

Built in lower shock mounts for use with stock shock mounting position or our Stage 2 Hoops and our Long Travel Shocks for 15" of travel. Best results are achieved when these arms are used in conjunction with Duff suspension components. Signature Duff Blue powder coated for durability or upgrade to new Midnight Black Metallic powder coat for $40. Requires reuse of original C-caps (we also sell separately for Solid Axle swaps.) Part #5341.

Includes arms, head units, rod ends, bushings and all necessary mounting hardware. All new parts, no core necessary.

Is your Early Bronco equipped or are you looking to buy long tube headers? Please keep in mind we redesigned our long tube headers to work with our extended radius arms. Check out our Black Painted or Ceramic Coated headers here. If you are running another manufactures long tube headers we cannot guarantee fitment. If you are running factory manifolds or shortie headers there will be no fitment issues.

Our new T-Rex radius arms are a stock length version of our heavy duty long arms with a built in offset for additional tire clearance but unlike the extended arms, these are a direct bolt in to your existing frame brackets. They use stock style polyurethane bushings, no welding of new brackets is necessary. Yes, 100% bolt on! Why would we do such a thing? Many Bronco owners want an arm that can clear a larger tire when turning without having to grind, drill or weld on their frame. These arms work for stock height Broncos and up to 3.5” of suspension lift. The arms come with 4.25° of caster built in. Shock mounting is different than our extended arms, these utilize a single shock mount located on top of the arm for a tighter turning radius arm, similar to a stock arm. Come powder coated in Signature Duff Blue or upgrade to new Midnight Black Metallic. Includes all mounting hardware required including hardware in kit #HC5341.

Had a coil pop out under maximum flex? We did! So WE designed the heavy duty replacements to securely hold your coils in place.This allows full flex (of even the last wrap!) without fear of your coil popping loose! Our simple, but effective, one piece design replaces both of the OE pieces. It sits flat on top of the radius arm or our 4-Link truss, also reducing coil bowing. Combine with our axle wedges for axle conversions. Stitch welded and laser cut for drainage. Zinc plated for rust resistance. Fits EB & 78-79 (5 1/2” diameter) Coil springs. Our passenger side retainer has been offset for full coil engagement, we've marked on the retainer plate so you know exactly where they belong when installed. These will insure a long lasting product with optimal coil engagement compared at full droop to others on the market.

These will work for our t-rex arms, extended radius arms, or the stock radius arm.

Take bind out and increase the articulation of your track bar with this upgraded track bar end. 3/4” rod end tig welded to a 3/4”-16 threaded end is an easy install. Works with our adjustable track bars or any track bar that uses the fairly common 3/4”-16 threaded end. Hardware included makes it a direct replacement for any James Duff adjustable track bars and brackets. This kit now also includes the lower track bar bushings and sleeve to completely refresh your James Duff Track Bar. More information below.

Lifting a Bronco causes the front end to shift towards the driver side. The greater the lift, the more pronounced the shift. This bracket re-centers the front end. The shorter tracking bar on 66-75's magnifies the problem, so we've given that drop bracket a 2 position adjustment to match the needs of each vehicle. Recommended for use with 3-4" of lift. Complete with mounting hardware. Welding is required.

With low-geared axles and high torque engines, soft long travel leaf springs can distort under power—this can cause damage to springs and break u-joints. Ordinary long tube, fixed mount traction bars limit travel as the rear axle cycles up and down because the axle also needs to move back and forth. Our new traction bar has a “V” frame designed center link for strength and utilizes a specially designed shackle to eliminate axle wrap. The bar runs between the mufflers, paralleling the drive line; protecting it. It also maintains proper u-joint and CV angles under power. The main bar attaches to a high clearance cross-member and shackle. The cross-member mounts up between the frame rails and helps protect your CV joint and output shaft from trail obstacles. Compatible with our Dual Exhaust system; other exhaust systems may require modification. Welding brackets to the differential housing is required. If you have a '77 Bronco or a later model 9" axle housing make sure you select the torque tamer for a '77 Bronco.

Last year we beefed up the design for Broncos with hotter motors and heavy right feet. We are confident that our Torque Tamer can handle the rowdiest of Bronco builds.

Please note: this is designed to work with a stock Bronco configuration. Please consult us before ordering if you have an aftermarket transmission, transfer case or axle. It is designed to work with all of our exhaust kits, some mods may be required to work with what is on your vehicle.

(Please leave us a note in the "Comments" section and let us know which axle you are using in your build. What year? Which axle? Full width or EB width?) Specifically, please let us know if you have a '77 rear differential.

We also added a new cross member for C-channel Broncos and axle brackets for 8.8” axles. The combination also allows for an application for 78-79 Broncos with a factory 9”. See #5328 for 1978-96 Broncos.

Installing our Long Arms on a Dana 60 or larger diameter housing and don't want to grind down wedges? These machined steel blocks fill up the gap created by the larger diameter axle tube. Includes eight longer Grade 8 bolts.

These spacers only work on axle tubes that are between 3 1/8" and 3 1/4" in diameter.

Not recommended for high pinion Dana 44 or Superduty Dana 60 '05-'08 axles.
