This is a compilation kit-- Our proven front disc brake conversion kit, power brake booster kit and all the other items you need to complete the install! Even an option to add rear discs at the same time!

When it comes to strength and performance, we have you covered. The knuckles are stronger than factory, don't kick in against the wheel like the '76-77 knuckles and the tie rod ends come pre-drilled for heim steer. For those wanting to run OEM steering we include adapter bushings.

This kit is designed for all Ford open knuckle Drum brake Dana 44's. It is a whopper!! It has everything you need to swap from manual drum brakes to power disc brakes and we mean EVERYTHING. No Chevy parts in this kit, just walk into any auto parts store and ask for 1976-77 Ford Bronco disc brake parts when its time to replace your wear items*.

This kit is a direct bolt on, comprised of completely new parts — no junkyard salvaging or piecing together! It utilizes readily available GM style calipers and pads and replaces the backing plate and drum assembly. Works with your stock axles, requires no machining or special axles.  Works with all types of 9” axles currently available. Available with or without park brake.
Kit Includes: 11 9/16” vented rotors with 5 x 5 1/2” bolt pattern (not re-drilled or universal), Zinc plated Caliper Brackets (clockable to allow different caliper positions, making it compatible with most dual shock mounts), spacer plates, Calipers (with or without park brake), Brake hoses from caliper to hard line and brackets for mounting the junction.  Park brake kit also includes: cable to caliper adapters to connect the park brake cable to the caliper.

A new version of our popular plate bumper, but without a winch mount, and the welds ground smooth*, for those who want a clean look for a street rig. Fabricated of 3/16" plate steel with 1/4" frame mounts and end plates (with etched JD logo), we put strength where it is needed, but avoid too much weight. Options include shackle mounts (also can be used for tow bar mounts), jacking points*, and a center hoop**. We also include the etched winch opening, just in case you want to "convert" in the future***. (To convert, you would need at least a 1" body lift and use one of the winches described in part number 4941.) This bumper fits stock to 2" body lift without modification. Shown on Hobby Horse, which has a 3/4" body lift.

*Note that all exterior welds are ground on these for an extra clean look. This does not include the "knockout" sections that are left in place to finish to your liking.

**Available with a center hoop option. It has two light tabs spaced for a pair of round lights or up to a 13" light bar. Please note that having us weld on the hoop adds about double to the cost of freight, depending on where you are located. As an alternative, we offer the DIY option of the hoop separately, this will also allow anyone with one of our bumpers already to retrofit it.

***We suggest that you not weld up the knockouts. Instead, metal finish them with the rest of the bumper before final coating. This way, you will always be able to make changes if you see fit.

Two-piece design sandwiches the lower rocker panel lip between the 1/4” outer plate and a 3/16” rear backing plate for extra protection. Guard is 48” long to cover from flare to flare and is easily trimmed for varying wheel well openings. Offers great protection for the sheetmetal or to cover up the existing damage. These also have a 39” x 1 1/2” x 3/16” wall tubing protector that is great for keeping rocks and trees away from the door and flares. Mounts with 3/8” Stainless Steel Button cap bolts and nutserts for rust-free good looks. Come bare but easily paintable to match your rig. If you're planning on using these as steps, we recommend putting non-skid tape on them as shown on Hi Ho Silver, Suzy has been using these as steps on her Bronco for nearly 10 years! Our new rock sliders for 1980-96 Fullsize are modular in design— start with the sliders, add the steps later or just for your passenger. Rock slider main tube features 2”x.125 wall. Steps plates feature dimple died holes for drainage and traction. Simply pull the pins, swivel them up above the frame and re-pin up above the frame rail for ground clearance while wheeling.

Bolt on installation to the frame rails and body with included hardware. Come bare. Will not currently work with body lifted or vehicles with Twin Traction Beam Long Arm setups due to conflict with frame mounts. Works with JD SAS long arms and stock.

Replace your weak or rock-rashed stock steering with one of our tough new heim joint steering systems. We use 1.25” DOM tubing with an 0.2815” wall thickness. We thread the tube (no weld-in insert) for maximum strength and clearance. We attach the drag link to the tie rod via a welded on "saddle". This maintains factory geometry and allows for maximum articulation. It also eliminates the use of long spacers and greatly reduces applied torque on the passenger side steering knuckle. We include machined misalignment spacers and high quality, Teflon-lined, 3/4” rod ends with GR8 bolts to prevent binding and allow full articulation of the joint. Our system does require drilling out your stock knuckles and pitman arm to 3/4” (If you have James Duff steering knuckles, they are already machined to 3/4”). This can be accomplished with a common hand drill and a 3/4" drill bit. The system can be installed under or over the knuckle. We include a complete hardware kit with all metal unitorque nuts and cotter pins to secure everything in place. Comes black powder coated with detailed instructions.

We keep two basic setups in stock. Setup A: For use with the 48” (knuckle to knuckle), 66-75 Early Bronco drum knuckles, or disc conversions using Duff, Chevy, or the '79 F150/Bronco knuckle. Setup B: Measures 51” (knuckle to knuckle) and works with stock 76-77 Ford disc knuckles. The tie rod length is measurement "A". To get you the correct system, we need two additional measurements from your vehicle. First, be sure that your front tires have 1/4" of toe-in. With the vehicle fully laden, sitting at ride height, and on level ground, pull a string from the driver side steering knuckle to the passenger side steering knuckle and tie it taught. Pull a second string from the underside of the pitman arm, PARALLEL WITH THE TRAC BAR, towards the passenger side steering knuckle. Be sure to keep the string parallel with your trac bar! Make a mark on and note the location on both strings at the point where the upper and lower strings are 1 1/2" apart. Measure from the passenger side steering knuckle back to the mark you just made on the lower string. This is the location of your saddle and measurement "B". Next, measure from the center of the pitman arm along the upper string to the point where you made your mark on your upper string. This is the length of your drag link and measurement "C". (Pre-built units are based upon steering boxes and all other components in the stock location.) Call for information and pricing on custom setups.

(For street-driven vehicles, check your local regulations before ordering. Some states will not pass inspection with heim joints in the steering system.) Please note that these systems are not compatible with a shock mounted to the front of the C-Cap. Shocks must be behind the coil. Steering stabilizer setups will need modification to be reinstalled. Please note that UPS recently started accessing a $13.00 added handling fee to packages over 48" will be added to the calculated total.

Our new heavy duty design replaces the hard to find motor mounts necessary for doing a V8/5.0L swap in your 4WD Bronco II or Ranger.  These mount a V8 block to the existing crossmember utilizing urethane bushings with 9/16" bolts to reduce engine vibration and engine torquing. They set the V8 up slightly higher than the original engine to make room for the oil pan. The engine crossmember must be drilled for the new motor mounts. With the mounts, you receive a diagram showing the location of the new 1/2" slots.  Although every attempt has been made to provide you with the correct locations, there are some variations where the slot may need to be enlarged.

We've taken our decades of experience in Early Bronco suspensions and produced our progressive rate coil springs to be the best available, period! Several independent tests by Bronco owners have shown our springs not only provide a higher degree of ride quality, but out travel and outlast any other coil on the market. We realize that every Bronco owner uses their vehicle in a different way.We addressed this by creating a four stage progressive rate spring that provides excellent on road ride and handling, as well as jaw dropping suspension travel that lasts. Having a spring that lasts is extremely important since most people don't want to be buying springs every couple years. We use our own proprietary version of spring steel to provide a spring that does not sag,even after thousands of miles of testing. Our progressive coil rate gradually increases as the coil compresses.The upper wraps are softer for a more comfortable street ride; the middle rates are a bit firmer to handle bumps and dips without jarring; and the last few wraps are a higher rate so that they control the up travel to prevent bottoming out. The progressive nature of the spring also allows for better and more predictable handling by helping keep the vehicle flatter in the corners and limiting body lean. Our Broncos are our daily drivers and our play vehicles. We've been there and done that, so you can rest assured that no matter what you want to do with your vehicle, our suspension will take you there and back in comfort. All coils are blue powder coated for durability. NOTE: Due to the longer coil, a coil spring compressor may be needed in order to make installation easier on some vehicles.
