When it comes to strength and performance, we have you covered. The knuckles are stronger than factory, don't kick in against the wheel like the '76-77 knuckles and the tie rod ends come pre-drilled for heim steer. For those wanting to run OEM steering we include adapter bushings.

Perfect for those of you with uncut fenders who want to run up to a 31 x 9.5” tires (even without a body lift) without needing new driveshafts or extended brake lines (although we recommend them with any lift).

We refer to these as our Ultimate All-Around systems. We build these kits right, using our proprietary progressive rate springs-coils in front and 11-leaf packs out back. Kits include our HD Adjustable Track Bar to get the front differential centered. An easy bolt in, the track bar does not require a weld on track bar drop bracket to complete the adjustment.
As with all of our lift systems, c-bushings, strut bushings, track bar bushings, spring eye and shackle bushings, new u-bolts, and our famous 70/30 Auto-Adjust shocks (with boots) are included.
This system also includes front shock hoop system and classic rear shock mounts, for double shock mounts all around which act as sway control (shock mounts do require minor welding for installation).

Our popular rear plate tire carrier bumper but without a driver side pivot, receiver hitch or jacking points. All exterior welds are smoothed out for an extra clean look.

-Fabricated of 3/16" plate steel with 1/4" frame mounts, gussets, and end plates (with etched JD logo). We put strength where it is needed, but avoid too much weight.

-All exterior welds are ground smooth. This is no easy feat. Base material is much softer than a mig weld. If you're not careful, a grinding or flap disc will dig into the base material before the mig weld and cause dips and weak spots in the bumper. We spend the time to smooth out the welds without weakening the bumper. Note: This does not include the "knockout" sections for the jacking points and driver latch that are left in place. We recommend metal finishing them with the rest of the bumper before final coating. This way, you can change your mind at a later date.

All of our bumper frame mounts utilizes three holes on the frame horn. Frame mounts are welded upon order to the amount of body lift specified. We do our very best to keep them in stock so you can have them shipped in two weeks or less.

-All of our bumpers are laser cut, bent and assembled right here in Tennessee!

-Our proven tire carrier features: a pad for mounting a Hi-lift style jack and up to a 36" tire, our low profile/high clearance cam latch handle with a smooth operating brass oilite bushing mechanism and brass oilite pivot with drop pin to hold it all open.

Our new T-Rex radius arms are a stock length version of our heavy duty long arms with a built in offset for additional tire clearance but unlike the extended arms, these are a direct bolt in to your existing frame brackets. They use stock style polyurethane bushings, no welding of new brackets is necessary. Yes, 100% bolt on! Why would we do such a thing? Many Bronco owners want an arm that can clear a larger tire when turning without having to grind, drill or weld on their frame. These arms work for stock height Broncos and up to 3.5” of suspension lift. The arms come with 4.25° of caster built in. Shock mounting is different than our extended arms, these utilize a single shock mount located on top of the arm for a tighter turning radius arm, similar to a stock arm. Come powder coated in Signature Duff Blue or upgrade to new Midnight Black Metallic. Includes all mounting hardware required including hardware in kit #HC5341.

A new version of our popular plate bumper, but with a hidden winch mount for those who prefer a clean look but still want a winch. We utilize the space behind the bumper to fit the winch* between the frame horns. Yes, this exposes the winch drum a bit, but it also allows us to keep our bumper high and tight so it doesn't overpower the classic look of the Bronco front end. All winch mounting points are hidden. This means no unsightly bolts on the top side of the bumper for a completely smooth, finished look. The mounts also face forward. This means, no matter how hard you're winching, you can't tweak or destroy the bumper. This mounting keeps the clutch lever facing towards the rear instead of down where it could easily get damaged if hit.

Fabricated of 3/16" plate steel with 1/4" frame mounts, gussets, and end plates (with etched JD logo). We put strength where it is needed, but avoid too much weight. Options include shackle mounts (also can be used for tow bar mounts), jacking points and a center hoop**. Note that all exterior welds are ground on these for an extra clean look.
This design will NOT fit on a Bronco without a body lift. You must have a minimum of 1" body lift to mount this bumper with a winch installed. Fits 1-2" body lift without modification. Shown on Hobby Horse with 3/4" body lift. We have found that synthetic rope is more user friendly with this bumper but cable can still be used. The biggest thing you have to be mindful of is not letting it bunch up in one area when spooling back in.

*Please call or email to verify if your model of winch is compatible. We have fit checked several winches for fitment: Warn XD9000, Warn VR8000 &10000, Warn M8000 and the Badlands 12K. These are all non-integrated style winches (with the controllers movable). If you're curious if your winch will work you can go to warn.com and look for a schematic drawing that gives all the dimensions of the ones we have checked and compare yours to those dimensions. We know for a fact that the Warn 8274 and ALL Integrated style winches will NOT fit.

These doors are the result of too many long hot trail rides! They are perfect for those who want the cooling comfort and trail visibility of going doorless, but want a more secure feeling. We've been selling these for over 10 years. but we've recently created this version that utilize the readily available polished stainless removable hinges and a cam latch that secures to your stock striker— so you can switch back and forth with your hard doors easily!

Suzanne specifically requested the perfect armrest height, corner plate and close lower bar to keep your valuables from sliding out while on the trail. Made of .120 wall tubing for strength without being too heavy. A machined steel hinge pin is built into the door that slides into a brass oilite bushing on the hinge. Come bare so you can paint to match your rig. We have clamp on mirrors and slide on metal covers available to go with these. Use of Removable Door Hinges #4245 is necessary for installation and included in this package price. Doors also available on their own, see #7007

Removable hinges are perfect for those of you who love to go door-less during the summer or while wheeling, they make it easy to simply remove your doors if they are in danger.

We have been selling our 9" EB 4 link kit for 10 years now and we can now safely endorse it for on road driving by using our new sway bar. The great part is, this kit is fully adjustable for street driving as well as rock crawling. It comes 100% powder coated and bolts right in. Note: This is designed to work with our current 9" 4 Link truss (redesigned 12/2012) The earlier versions will require modification of the truss bracket, as well as the outboard shock mount.

Our new rock sliders for 1980-96 Fullsize are modular in design— start with the sliders, add the steps later or just for your passenger. Rock slider main tube features 2”x.125 wall. Steps plates feature dimple died holes for drainage and traction. Simply pull the pins, swivel them up above the frame and re-pin up above the frame rail for ground clearance while wheeling.

Bolt on installation to the frame rails and body with included hardware. Come bare. Will not currently work with body lifted or vehicles with Twin Traction Beam Long Arm setups due to conflict with frame mounts. Works with JD SAS long arms and stock.

James himself originally designed these 4" wide profile flares back in 1996-- different than anything else out there with a smooth outer finish with no visible mounting hardware! We worked with several manufacturers creating several variations over the years but the demand didn't justify the headaches as the design was just ahead their time. Over the years collectors have sought them out and more and more people begged us to bring them back, so here they are, improved with the attachment rail integrated into the flare for easier installation. Great for covering wide meats, full width axles or paddle tires. Will not fit with gas doors or larger aftermarket gas caps. Set of 4. Hardware and welting not included because of various preferences for installation. White Fiberglass gel coat for easy painting. The bar runs between the mufflers, paralleling the drive line and protecting it. The Torque Tamer also maintains proper u-joint and CV angles under power. The main bar attaches to a high clearance cross-member and shackle. The cross-member mounts up between the frame rails and helps protect your CV joint and output shaft from trail obstacles.

Suzanne specifically requested the perfect armrest height, corner plate and close lower bar to keep your valuables from sliding out while on the trail. Made of .120 wall tubing for strength without being too heavy. A machined steel hinge pin is built into the door that slides into a brass oilite bushing on the hinge. We separated the back pipes into 2 sections also allowing for options on the exit angles and easy removal for serious rock crawlers to avoid tearing them up. It comes with custom bent aluminized 14 gauge 2 1/4” diameter pipes and mufflers of your choice: Turbo, Pro, Vortex or Flowmaster 40 series.

Turbo: Offer less restriction and longer use than glass packs as well as better performance and a nice resonant mellow deep sound. 100% mechanically locked aluminized steel. Quietest of all the options.

Cherry Bomb Pro: Deeper more aggressive tone 100% welded aluminized steel with a grey finish. Loudest of all the options. This is what we have on Hobby Horse.

Cherry Bomb Vortex: Utilizes fiberglass and a patented baffle design to absorb both high and low frequency sounds. Has a nice rumble but without the tinny sound of Pro/Flow. Less sound inside the vehicle at speed. Great for rigs that spend a lot of time on the highway. 100% welded, aluminized steel with high temp black finish. Highest flow rate available. Slightly larger than the other choices at 14x4.25x10.25" but we've been running these on Hi Ho Silver without issues for several years. They hang down just a little farther than the Torque Tamer.

Flowmaster 40 Series:
Signature deep more aggressive tone. 100% MIG welded 16 gauge aluminized steel.

Back by popular demand! We haven't had the 1/8" version of our rockers with steps for quite a few years but people kept asking, so we've brought them back!

Same two-piece design as our standard 1/8" rocker guards but with a 39” x 1 1/2” x 3/16” wall tubing protector that is great for keeping rocks and trees away from the door and flares and can be utilized as a step.

Our design sandwiches the lower rocker panel lip between the 1/8” outer plate and a 3/16” rear backing plate (with nuts already attached) for extra protection. Guard is 48” long to cover from flare to flare and is easily trimmed for varying wheel well openings. Offers great protection for the sheet metal or to cover up the existing damage. Mounts with included 3/8” Stainless Steel fasteners for rust-free good looks. Come bare so they can be customized to match your rig. Note: If used for a step, we recommend application of non-skid tape.
