Introducing the mac daddy of all early bronco off-road 4 link designs, The 1 ton 4 link system made by James Duff.

A 4 link system in a box, when combined with our extended radius arms will make the tuffest trails look like child’s play.

Our four-link system is for the Bronco enthusiast who wants to swap in a one-ton rear end and take their ride to the next level- but without all the fuss! Our dual triangulated design comes with everything needed for an easy install.

Important note: If adding our sway bar kit #5310, please be aware that welding the axle brackets will be required.

  • Tried and true, no guesswork required, do it once do it right. Remove the headache and hassle of building your own 4-link.

The 4 link truss mounts on top of the axle using a ring that mounts over the diff cover. This removes all guesswork for proper fit-up before welding the truss on. Mounts are offered for Dana 60/70, 14 bolt and 10.25/10.5. Frame brackets are a 1 piece weld-on design that can be slid back if desired to stretch the wheelbase. Keep in mind, if you stretch the wheelbase past 2″ you might have to modify the rear cross member so the top of the truss won’t hit it at full compression. Lower links built from the same beefy material our extended radius arms are made out of. Upper links are 1.5″ .120w DOM. Our truss, frame brackets, link bars, and locating diff ring all come powder coated, choose our signature James Duff blue or our new Midnight metallic black. All hardware included with left and right hand 1″ rod ends for easy adjustment.

To round out this kit it comes with coil springs, mounts, retainers, shocks, shock mounts, and required mounting hardware.

No cutting into the body needed with 2″ body lift. A REAL Complete system ready to deliver amazing articulation. Not recommended for street trucks without a James Duff swaybar upgrade. Exhaust modifications likely may require relocating a brake hose bracket or e-brake cable. If you are looking for just the 1-ton truss, frame mounts and links, consider our DIY kit. Welding required.
