Description

Tired of your Bronco making you pee blood? Can't stand your friends leaving you behind on the trail? Tired of busted u-joints, wheel hop, and broken leaf springs? Have you always dreamed of riding on a bed of clouds? Then the James Duff four link is right for you!

What is a Four Link Suspension and why do I need one? Traction. The dual triangulated design keeps the tires on the ground- where you want them! Much like adding traction bars to a leaf spring suspension, the upper and lower links locate the axle but allow it to travel up and down and articulate without side to side and axle wrapping motion. This puts all your power to the wheels along with the added bonus of an amazing smooth ride. Also enjoy the benefits of reduced u-joint failure and an improved pinion angle.

Our new four link system is for the Bronco enthusiast who wants to take their ride to the next level- but without all the fuss! The Early Bronco is one of the most challenging vehicles to properly set up for 4-link geometry. We spent the time and did the research to make this work. Let us save you the headache and hassle of buying the parts and pieces to build your own from scratch. Our dual triangulated four-link comes with everything needed for an easy install.

  • Designed for Early Broncos using coilovers or airshocks - Want the complete kit? Click here.
  • Revolutionize your Bronco's ride comfort by eliminating leaf springs
  • Minimum lift requirements 5.5" over stock to obtain full cycle of suspension travel
  • Truss designed to fit over axle with minimal adjustment - Welding required

  • Completely eliminate axle wrap and incorrect pinion angle reducing failing and broken driveshaft components
  • Say goodbye to wheel hop and broken leaf springs
  • Add our rear sway bar kit to enjoy great on road handling while having the most traction & articulation off road
  • Tried and true, no guess work required, do it once do it right. Remove the headache and hassle of building your own 4 link.

Truss designed to fit over axle with minimal adjustment, frame brackets for the links can be installed where you want them, allowing you to stretch your wheelbase to your desired length. (rear crossmember may need to be modified to clear axle truss if frame brackets are moved more than 2" back past the stock wheelbase) Super beefy lower links, made out of the same tubing as our wildly popular radius arms. Upper links are made out of 1.5" .120w DOM. Our truss, frame brackets, and link bars all come powder coated, choose our signature James Duff blue or our new Midnight metallic black. All hardware included with left and right hand 1" rod ends for easy adjustment.

Welding required. Exhaust will need modification. Will likely require relocating brake lines, brackets and e-brake cables.

5 of 5 Nice well built kit September 20, 2019
Reviewer: Lucus Southerland from Pinehurst, NC United States
I purchased the front radius arms and DYI rear 4 link a few months back. They sent the radius arms in blue like I ordered but the 4 link came in grey. Took them a few weeks to sort the problem out. I was in no rush so it wasn't a big problem. I inspected the kit and it is superbly made. I am in the process of installing it with 36" coil overs and lengthening my my Bronco to 100" wheel base. I have had no problems so far. I will write another review or update this one after I get it all finished.
