Saturday’s events will include: shop opening at 10 am, tours, swap meet, games for kids of all ages and vendor displays from Bronco Design, Lick Creek Restorations and Bronco Driver Magazine. We’ll conclude the afternoon with a scenic cruise to the recently opened to the public historic Brushy Mountain State Pen where you can take a tour of the prison and taste their End of Line Moonshine and dinner at the Warden’s Table restaurant. We will split the group into two, for those who want to spend more time touring the prison, you can pass on the "Get Dirty" portion.
GET DIRTY OPTION: An additional 30 mostly paved miles round trip and likely GETTING MUDDY even if it's dry will take you to see or drive through the Nemo abandoned railroad tunnel in the Obed Nature Area and get under the beautiful rock outcropping in the photos with a waterfall. *It is possible to take just a rough gravel road to the opening of the tunnel and get a neat photo-op and then also see the other old railroad bridge over the river without getting dirty.
Event is open to all Fords- Fullsize Broncos & Rangers included. Travel through Nemo tunnel will depend on current water levels.
Swap meet spots are as space allows and inside fence, so you can bring your items in Friday evening for safe keeping.
