Early Bronco Rolled Filler Panels
Front & Rear Roll Pans for Body lift Gap

Done a body lift and hate that gap left between your bumpers and the grill or rear quarters? These 18 gauge filler panels fill the space with a clean edge giving a finished look. Front rolled comes in three different versions to fit 1, 2 or 3" body lift. Rear pan features cut out for license plate wiring and comes in two versions; one for 1" body lift, the other for 2-3" body lifts (with laser etched trim marks to trim for which one you have.) Rear mounts through the stock bolt holes in the frame. The front mounts to the grill with the attachment of your choice (hardware not included due to variety of personal preferences, including welding.)

Note: Due to variances in body lift manufacturers, please check the minimum clearance for REAR pans. Measurement from top of frame horn to bottom of tailgate necessary: for 1" body lift, 1 7/8", for 2" 2 7/8"

These trail tube doors are the result of too many long hot trail rides! They are perfect for those who want the cooling comfort and trail visibility of going doorless, but want a more secure feeling. They utilize our removable hinges and a cam latch that secures to your stock striker— so you can switch back and forth with your hard doors easily! Suzanne specifically requested the perfect armrest height, corner plate and close lower bar to keep your valuables from sliding out while on the trail. Made of .120 wall tubing for strength without being too heavy. Fabricated hinge has been recently changed to machined billet steel hinge. The 1/2” hinge pin on the door slides into a brass oilite bushing on the hinge on the door post. A rubber bumper holds the latch tight to the stock striker and polyurethane washers make for smooth operation of the handle. **Note: Recently revised to now fit 66-67 strikers as well.

Use of Duff Heavy Duty Removable Door Hinges #4235 is necessary for installation. Come bare so you can paint to match your rig. We have clamp on mirrors and slide on metal covers available to go with these.

Our plate bumper was designed with form and function in mind. Constructed of a combination of 3/16” and 1/4” plate for maximum strength without too much weight in a design created to maximize ground clearance and departure angle. 1/4” plate wraps around, protecting the lower quarters. This version features the same 2” receiver hitch (with easily accessible pin) and laser cut jacking points as our carrier bumper but without the pivots for those who don't intend on running any carriers on the bumper. The jacking points and latch holes are laser cut into the bumper and will require metal finishing or knocking out (depending on your preference) before powder coat or painting.

Based on our proven 2” receiver hitch bumper, the tire carrier handles up to a 38” tire! Built-in mount on the carrier has a positioning pad and a T-handle retention system for securely mounting a 48” or 60” Hi-Lift Jack. Tire mounts on wheel studs and is secured with included lug nuts or you can add locking lug nuts for security. Access to the jack and tailgate is quick and easy thanks to our own Cam-latch design. The handle is simple to operate and tucks up out of the way of trail obstacles. A built in drop pin automatically holds the carrier open for easy tailgate access. Options include shackle mounts (also can be used for tow bar mounts), jacking points*, and a center hoop**. We also include the etched winch opening, just in case you want to "convert" in the future***. (To convert, you would need at least a 1" body lift and use one of the winches described here.) This bumper fits stock to 2" body lift without modification. Shown on Hobby Horse, which has a 3/4" body lift.

A new version of our popular plate bumper, but with a hidden winch mount for those who prefer a clean look but still want a winch. We utilize the space behind the bumper to fit the winch* between the frame horns. Yes, this exposes the winch drum a bit, but it also allows us to keep our bumper high and tight so it doesn't overpower the classic look of the Bronco front end. All winch mounting points are hidden. This means no unsightly bolts on the top side of the bumper for a completely smooth, finished look. The mounts also face forward. This means, no matter how hard you're winching, you can't tweak or destroy the bumper. This mounting keeps the clutch lever facing towards the rear instead of down where it could easily get damaged if hit.

Fabricated of 3/16" plate steel with 1/4" frame mounts, gussets, and end plates (with etched JD logo). We put strength where it is needed, but avoid too much weight. Options include shackle mounts (also can be used for tow bar mounts), jacking points and a center hoop**. Note that all exterior welds are ground on these for an extra clean look.
This design will NOT fit on a Bronco without a body lift. You must have a minimum of 1" body lift to mount this bumper with a winch installed. Fits 1-2" body lift without modification. Shown on Hobby Horse with 3/4" body lift. We have found that synthetic rope is more user friendly with this bumper but cable can still be used. The biggest thing you have to be mindful of is not letting it bunch up in one area when spooling back in.

*Please call or email to verify if your model of winch is compatible. We have fit checked several winches for fitment: Warn XD9000, Warn VR8000 &10000, Warn M8000 and the Badlands 12K. These are all non-integrated style winches (with the controllers movable). If you're curious if your winch will work you can go to warn.com and look for a schematic drawing that gives all the dimensions of the ones we have checked and compare yours to those dimensions. We know for a fact that the Warn 8274 and ALL Integrated style winches will NOT fit.

-All exterior welds are ground smooth. This is no easy feat. Base material is much softer than a mig weld. If you're not careful, a grinding or flap disc will dig into the base material before the mig weld and cause dips and weak spots in the bumper. We spend the time to smooth out the welds without weakening the bumper.

Standard Feature of All of our Bumpers:
- Our frame mounts utilizes three holes on the frame horn. Two simply aren't enough for heavy winching.
- Reinforced jacking points.

-The base model can have shackle mounts and a hoop added for a small fee or you can buy the accessories and weld them on yourself.

-All of our bumpers are laser cut, bent and assembled right here in Tennessee! We try to keep most styles in stock, many times you can have the bumper shipped the very next day.

Stock tire carriers just don't stand up to the weight of an oversize tire. The extra weight can cause the factory mounts on the quarter panel to tear. So, we designed a carrier system utilizing our proven 2” receiver plate bumper. The rear plate bumper is made of 3/16” steel with 1/4” end plates, frame mounts, and gussets. We add strength in all the important spots. It will carry up to a 35” tire while also providing a location for a Hi-Lift Jack. The spare tire mounts to the carrier with pressed in wheel studs and included lug nuts (you can also use standard locking lug nuts for added security). The jack sits on a steel base and is secured with a T-handle.

Access to your lift gate is quick and easy thanks to our simple but effective cam-latch design. The hinge pivots feature oil impregnated brass bushings for long life. A drop pin automatically holds the carrier open so there is no fear of it swinging in either direction.

The optional carrier basket (#4981, sold separately) is set up for a 5 gallon “Gerry” can, but readily accepts water, antifreeze jugs or a trash can! Mounting hardware is included. Ships bare so that you can finish to your liking. (NOTE: We do not currently sell the cooler rack addition for Bronco II, it will bolt on but the hatch will not clear the basket to open all the way.)
