These jam nuts work with our high quality Rod Ends (#8702), which feature a tough, self-lubricating, self-sealing Teflon/Kevlar liner and increased cross-sectional thickness for greater tensile strength. The rod ends and weld-in adapters (# 8712) are sold separately. These are the same high quality parts we use for items like our Extended Travel Radius Arms (#5350 and #5351), heim steering systems (#5640), torque tamers (#532X) and 4-links (#536X), although sizes may vary depending upon the application.

For the Bronco owner that is swapping front axles, these wedges make it much easier. No need to cut up a good front axle just for parts. These wedges are designed to weld onto a 2 3/4 O.D. tube, just like a factory Early Bronco Dana 44 but are easily modified to fit onto 3 O.D. tubing found on high pinion Dana 44 and (Dana 60 will require grinding or using 5351-60 Spacers). Cast with all the correct configurations to fit the inside of a C bushing exactly like original.

Add a fresh (#HC5341) installation kit to replace your 50+ year old factory bolts, includes qty 8 grade eight bolts and lock washers, plus two long grade 5 bolts & flat washers for the headunit to assist in assembly.

Doing a four link or something custom? Our exclusive, heavy duty coil spring towers, built from 1/4" plate steel, work great for those doing a custom suspension. These are our "rear" design towers and are the ones that we include with our four link systems. They are 4" shorter than the "tall" type (#5110). Will work with Early Bronco or Big Bronco coil springs (5.5" diameter.) Welding required on Early Bronco. For installation on C-channel frames, these towers must be drilled and bolted to the frame (we recommend using a counter sunk bolt). Your frame may or may not have existing holes to work with. Zinc plated, sold in pairs. Zinc plated upper coil retainer tabs are included (also available separately #5100).

Our exclusive, heavy duty coil spring towers, built from 1/4" plate steel, work as upgrades for those rusted or bent-up stamped stock buckets, or for those doing a custom suspension. These are the "tall" design for replacing front towers. In some applications, this allows you to change the lift height of the vehicle by moving the tower up or down on the frame. Will work with Early Bronco or Big Bronco coil springs. Welding required on Early Bronco. For installation on C-channel frames, these towers must be drilled and bolted to the frame (we recommend using a counter sunk bolt). Your frame may or may not have existing holes to work with. Zinc plated, come as a pair. Zinc plated upper coil retainer tabs are also included.
